Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday.We are presently closed on Sunday. Please note that we have only limited Sunday delivery service and cannot guarantee delivery until the following business day.


To help insure a timely delivery during the busy holiday seasons, please place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professional's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day.

Our shop will be closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

We deliver to all of lower Westchester county as well as parts of the Bronx, Manhattan and the lower Connecticut area. Although we will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, we cannot guarantee it. We make same-day deliveries on all orders, with working phone numbers, that are received before 12 p.m. to Pelham, Pelham Manor, Mount Vernon, New Rochelle, Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Harrison, Rye, Bronxville, Eastchester, Scarsdale and White Plains. Orders received after that time or without working phone numbers may be delivered the following day. A local delivery fee of $10.00 will be added to each order, for each address. We also have scheduled deliveries to City Island, the Bronx, Manhattan and lower Connecticut including Greenwich, Stamford and Norwalk. For these deliveries outside our local delivery area, the fee will vary. Please call for more information.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
